Internship / Retraining
This internship is exclusively for career changers in German vocational retraining programs (Fachinformatiker: Application Development or Data & Process Analysis) — no school students and no university students. We work with training institutes across Germany. To apply, email us with subject Bewerbung. After that, you enter a clear workflow where we request the necessary data and send you the documents.
What you get

After the internship
- Continue as a freelancer via our platform (follow-up program).

Follow-up program: keep working after the internship
After the internship you can keep working via our NADOOIT platform as a freelancer — like Uber Eats / Deliveroo, but for software delivery. During the internship you already meet the clients and solve first tasks; afterwards you can continue with paid work.

- If it fits: transition into employment is possible, but optional.

Our goal is to become your internal/external IT department. We take over the operational overhead around retraining internships — and deliver tools, automation, web apps and consulting.
Model
Current entry package: €6,000 (for the next partner). Afterwards the price is expected to increase again to €100,000.
Details and conditions are agreed individually.
Outcome
We support you end-to-end: tooling, programs, web apps, process consulting. The goal is measurable productivity gains — and fast training of productive developers.
